As your facilitator, I bring more than 15 years of experience in healing, & an intuitive gift for getting to the root of what’s holding you back.
My approach is both intuitive and practical. I listen closely—not just to what you’re saying, but to what’s underneath. I’m here to guide you into the places that need attention, compassion, and change.
I came to hypnotherapy through my own journey—originally using it for childbirth and pain management—and became deeply fascinated by how the brain works, how we store pain, and how we heal in ways we don’t always understand. Growing up with a psychotherapist mother, I was immersed early in the connection between the mind and healing.

In our sessions, we go deep. We explore your subconscious, we shift old patterns, and we integrate what’s been waiting to be seen. You’ll be held with clarity, care, and a deep respect for your inner wisdom.
